Using the same the same document storage system as (A) but we enter all the details
on your behalf (this is for companies that may not have the staffing to add the
details) but still need the tracking to make them compliant.

allows for you to keep your customers details on a spread sheet or on your own
internal system, therefore only a box number needs to be placed on the box.

the box number you have given it, the box will be locked away.
D) Our last
document storage option is deep storage, this is for the customer who has 2000-20,000
or more boxes and does not wish to retrieve files but legally needs to keep the
files, this option is at our lowest storage price but if a retrieval is required
it's very expensive due to the way they are stored and the reduced price..
also offer a full document retrieval service weekly, next day and emergency 2-3
hours, we offer empty boxes and data pouches for extra security of files.
